Position: Office Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Co-managing the operation of the Prague offices – ensure the fluent daily operation of the
offices and services provided (cleaning, etc.), functionality of the equipment and sufficient
· Coordination of the overall happening in the office like planning the schedule for using the
meeting rooms, arranging work places for new colleagues, etc.
· Responsibility for representative look of the offices all the time.
· Working at the reception – answering calls, accepting visitors and guiding them around the
offices. The Employee should have proper knowledge about CTP, activities, portfolio in order
to be able to react promptly to various questions from visitors and people calling to the office.
· Support to accounting, finance, legal and business development departments with various
· Admin support to management, helping to plan meetings, business trip arrangements,
booking hotels, flight tickets, etc..
· Working with company databases.
· Incoming / outgoing post, arrangements with notaries and other usual stuff.
· Other Office Manager duties.
Personality: enthusiastic, confident in decision making process, outgoing and resilient with a sense of humour
