Ahojte, stahujem sa prec s bytu kde teraz byvam a kedze tu bolo strasne super, rad by som to posunul niekomu inemu. Tak skusim aj tu, mozno niekto bude mat zaujem.

V pripade ze ma niekto problemy s anglictinou, pozrite si fotky a kludne mi napiste

I'm shifting out from my current place on the end of this month, so the flat will be available on 1st of April. I'm moving to smaller cheaper place, so with tears in my eyes, I'm going to let go this place.

Just to clarify, I'm not an owner, just trying to help-out my landlord

Flat:

is 3+KK with 2 balconies. Around 100m2. 2rooms are separated and one is joint with kitchen. 

Room 1: cca 24m2, small balcony and built-in safe deposit room

Room 2: little smaller and it's around 20m2

Room 3: Corner room, joint with kitchen, this is biggest room in the flat and has very nice balcony (3m2). This room also has windows from both sides so it is full of sunshine all the time.

Furniture:

There is one antique wardrobe, two antique commodes, small coffe table, one pull-out sofa that can be used as double bed for visitors. There is also one antique sofa (3seat) with two chairs

Few wall units are in the flat as well, definitely making lot's of place for stuff.

Appliances: 

includes Washing machine, dishwasher and fridge

Neighbours:

People in the building are very nice and helpful. Old guy who lives below is little weird and does not really appreciate parties after 11pm:), but we never had any issues with this.

Area:

Coffe and bakery store is about 3 metres, vietnamese grocery is about 5meters and pharmacy is just on oposite side of the road (20meters) from building's entrance.

Palac Akropolis is about 1minute and within 5 minutes you have tens of other bars, pubs, restaurants...

Street is quite and combined with the top floor and you can barely hear any noise.

Parking:

We drive 2 cars and frankly, I never had issues to park within 1 minute from here, although you need to get permit to be able to park in Prague 3.

Internet:

There is a local network within the building and internet is shared for whole building, connection is suppose to by up*6Mb/down*6Mb

Rent:

Rent is 16.000CzK + Utilities 5500CzK / it is all paid to owner's account and she take care of the bills.

Cost for internet is just about 100-200CzK

Please note that we have started moving out already and there's lots of mess on the pictures:) but will be cleaned up.
